THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) OUTLINE THE AGREEMENT UNDER WHICH PROTECTIVE WISDOM, ITS SUBSIDIARIES (IF APPLICABLE), AND/OR ASSOCIATED ENTITIES (THE “CONSULTANT”) PROVIDES SERVICES, INCLUDING THE SELECTED PROGRAMS (AS DEFINED BELOW), TO YOU (THE “CLIENT”).
This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) under which Protective Wisdom (“Consultant”), its subsidiaries (if applicable), and/or associated entities agree to provide services, including the selected programs (“Services”), to the client (“Client”). ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THE PRIVACY POLICY (“PRIVACY POLICY”) ALSO FORM PART OF THIS AGREEMENT
- Definitions and Scope of Services
1.1 “Services” refer to the offerings provided by Protective Wisdom, including but not limited to bodyguard services, security advisory, and training (online and in-person).
1.2 “Client” refers to any individual or entity engaging in the Services provided by the Consultant.
1.3 “Advice” refers to all guidance, recommendations, or strategies shared during the Services.
- General Disclaimer
2.1 Clients acknowledge that participation in the Services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, injury, and exposure to potentially stressful or dangerous situations.
2.2 Protective Wisdom provides its services and advice on a best-effort basis, guided by professional expertise and industry standards. No guarantees or warranties are made regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of services in preventing harm, injury, or loss.
- Non-Medical Nature of Services
3.1 The Services provided by Protective Wisdom are not intended to establish a client-practitioner relationship or replace licensed medical, psychological, or health care services.
3.2 Clients are encouraged to seek professional medical or psychological advice for any health-related concerns and understand that Protective Wisdom’s content and guidance are not substitutes for such professional advice or treatment.
- Client Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk
4.1 Clients acknowledge and agree that participation in Protective Wisdom’s programs, services, or training is undertaken solely at their own risk.
4.2 Clients are solely responsible for evaluating, following, or implementing any guidance or advice provided during the program.
4.3 Progress, outcomes, and results achieved are entirely the responsibility of the client. Individual success depends on personal factors, including commitment, participation, motivation, and effort.
- Enrollment and Payment Terms
5.1 Enrollment in Protective Wisdom’s programs and services is subject to the acceptance of a completed registration form and payment of any required fees.
5.2 Protective Wisdom reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.
5.3 Enrollment will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment, with funds cleared.
5.4 Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the Consultant’s discretion and terms provided at the time of payment.
- Limitation of Liability
6.1 Protective Wisdom, its directors, employees, trainers, and representatives shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may result from participation in its services, except as required under Australian law.
6.2 Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Protective Wisdom does not guarantee the currency, suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of its services or content.
- Indemnity
7.1 Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Protective Wisdom, its directors, employees, trainers, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from their participation in the Services.
7.2 This includes, but is not limited to, claims resulting from the client’s actions, inactions, or misuse of the information and Services provided.
- Confidentiality Obligations
8.1 Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or private information shared during sessions, training, or advisory services provided by Protective Wisdom.
8.2 Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of proprietary information is strictly prohibited without express written consent.
- Return of Confidential Information
9.1 Upon the completion or termination of services, or upon Protective Wisdom’s request, clients must promptly return or destroy any confidential or proprietary materials provided during the course of Services.
- Force Majeure
10.1 Protective Wisdom shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to provide Services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or other unforeseen events that render service provision impractical or impossible.
- Intellectual Property
11.1 All training materials, methodologies, and content provided during the Services are the intellectual property of Protective Wisdom.
11.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any materials without prior written consent from Protective Wisdom.
- Termination Clause
12.1 Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.
12.2 Termination does not entitle the Client to a refund for Services already rendered or commenced.
- Use of Image, Audio, or Video
13.1 By participating in Protective Wisdom’s programs or services, clients may grant consent to be photographed, recorded, or have their testimonials used for training, promotional, or marketing purposes.
13.2 Clients retain the right to withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice.
- Severability Clause
14.1 If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Governing Law
15.1 This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
15.2 Any disputes arising in connection with this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
- Amendments
16.1 Protective Wisdom reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
16.2 Clients will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of their registration or engagement with the Services.

17.1 By signing this document, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
17.2 Clients affirm that they meet the age and legal capacity requirements or have obtained parental/guardian consent if under 18.
