This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, courses, and online materials sold by Protective Wisdom Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Products – No Refunds
All Protective Wisdom™ courses and digital products are delivered electronically with immediate access.
For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer:
- refunds
- cancellations
- exchanges
- credits
under any circumstances.
If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please contact us before purchasing.
2. Instant Access & Intellectual Property
Once access is granted, you receive:
- downloadable materials
- proprietary frameworks
- worksheets
- videos
- the Protective Wisdom™ method
Because digital content cannot be "returned," refunds are not available once access is provided.
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours at: hello@protectivewisdom.com
We will verify the duplicate transaction and may offer a refund for the second purchase.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing your product, we will assist you in resolving the problem.
However, technical issues do not qualify for a refund, including:
- internet connection problems
- device compatibility issues
- email delivery delays
- platform access errors outside our control
We will always help you regain access, but refunds are not provided.
5. Chargebacks
By purchasing, you agree:
- you are the authorised cardholder
- you will not initiate a chargeback
- any concerns must be raised with us first
Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in:
- removal of access
- recovery of the owed amount
- additional fees charged by payment processors
We reserve the right to pursue recovery through legal means if necessary.
6. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
However, because our products are digital, educational, and instantly accessible, the usual "change of mind" or "not what I expected" scenarios do not qualify for refunds.
