1. Digital Product – No Refunds

This Course is a digital product with immediate access. For this reason, all sales are final, and no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered under any circumstances.

2. Access to the Course

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Course materials as described on the sales page.

• Access is for one individual only.
• Access may be ongoing or time-limited depending on the Course description.

• engage in harmful or unlawful behaviour connected to the Course

Protective Wisdom™ reserves the right to revoke access without refund if these terms are violated.

7. Payment & Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree that:

• you are the authorised cardholder
• you will not initiate a chargeback
• any disputes must be raised with Protective Wisdom™ first

Chargebacks filed in violation of these terms may result in recovery of the owed amount, including fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Course — including videos, text, frameworks, worksheets, and the Protective Wisdom™ method — is the exclusive property of Protective Wisdom™.

Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership or rights to you.

9. Technical Access

You are responsible for:

• having a stable internet connection
• using a compatible device
• keeping your access link secure

Protective Wisdom™ is not responsible for technical issues outside our control.
